Description
Just as this EMD SD-40 keeps chugging along, so does winter here in NYC. We have had our second major snowfall of about 12”, adding to the 20” received the day after Christmas. It’s been an unbelievably wonderful winter so far with sustained cold and some copious snows. With any luck, this terrific arctic pattern will continue until the end of March!
