Description
I shot this today trying to capture the not so typical snow photograph. This is the Riverbend station, a coal fired power generation plant near my home.

This is stunning! This is amazingly beautiful. It seems a bit bleak--very industrial and with snow, but it is comforting for me as well. This is very nicely stark and I would love to see this place and photograph it myself. Amazing. Simply beautiful!

An excellent photo! This is a very familiar sight to me. When I was a painter, my company had the contract to paint the power plants in Colorado Springs. I did not appreciate it at the time, but there are lots of great shots to be had around power plants. I love that you included the coal train.
