a little hint from me,as i was always going the strict logical way (before doing art)i was always amazed by structures. the way i archive my renders foe example now i have folder for ready render:01012011 mi images for january will kave before the tite the date as prefix example today will be 0701-2011-bla..bla.. tomorrow 0801-2011--bla..bla see what i mean. but then i was working with norton commander already in 1990 and i also structured my runtime the same way chaaecters.. michael4 michael 3 vicky 4 with subfolders v poses clothes props meaning i have 3 wokstations running + 2 laptops and i know on each one where my files are 8most of it anyway)and i always separate my files from the system partition. havent lost more then 10 files in 20 years heheh.but then of course all my pcs have more or less the same structure in the folders i see to that. hope to have inspired you . ps i was storekeeper and logistics coordinator in my working life that helped a lot.

Lovely landscape especially the clouds of snow! Keeping track of files is a nightmare as I have just found out! I spent the day looking for 3 files on backup drives for originals to print for a local pub!
