Description
UF with some Post Processing. LucisArts makes a lovely plugin for very little money that can highlight and watercolor many pictures. I used Exposure here to practically knockout the background. And something, probably in PS, to create that white fuzzy spotlight.
The interest in this fractal-- for me, it's a very common shape-- is in the angles of "rain" This was produced using different functions on different aspects of Noise. Primarily mixing and matching Flip with Ident and something else. Never happened before, I was pleased to see it.
