Thanks for all of your kind words about yesterday's photo, Wet Lily. I haven't been around Renderosity much of late and it was good to hear from some friendly familiar faces.
This is another photograph I took while visiting the Fruit & Spice park. Our tour tram stopped in a grove of avocado trees and my wife Lisa noticed this little white moth on a nearby leaf. I hastily made some adjustments to my camera and was able to snap off two shots. It flit away before I could take a third though. The first photo was too blurry and this one just barely made the grade.
If anyone can identify this specimen, I'd really appreciate it!

Sorry Kort too many possible species but moth-pollinated flowers tend to be white, this may help cut down the search..

a lovely simplistic and very effective image
It is quite delicate. It has good detail in it. Look at the size of the eyes... Whatever it is, I'm sure its only good quality in an avacado orchard is it's beauty. Any moth in my garden means destruction. :-)
Not too sure exactly what flavour it is, but in OZ we call them "Lace-Moths" Neat capture, especially from a moving tram ! ~Cheers~
So ghostly. I'm not positive, but I think it might be a moth of the albino species, Kort. It contrasts well against the green leaf.
It really does have a lovely texture to it and it makes a great fairy. I lovely capture and lovely to see you posting again.
