Daddy's taking us to the zoo tomorrow,
Zoo tomorrow, zoo tomorrow;
Daddy's taking us to the zoo tomorrow,
And we can stay all day.
We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo;
How about you, you, you?
You can come too, too, too;
We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo.
~Tom Paxton
These guys can chill out better than any other creature on earth. And they love bananas. You could say they go bananas over them.

SUPERB shot, Mark!! I used to spend ages in the garden when I was a little girl just standing like a tree, in the hopes that a bat might land on me. No luck.

I love bats, even the ones with somewhat less than handsome faces. Then there are the ones like this that have such pretty faces, what's not to love. Excellent capture! Wonderful detail, color, and textures. I like the toes sticking up over the branch.
Awww! He's just adorable! Those eyes are just precious! Yea, you can be assured when they showed a Fruit Bat in the first Harry Potter movie, THAT was the one scene that stuck out strongest in my mind. Just adorable!
