This Great Blue was cold. It was 40 degrees with 40 mile an hour wind all day. Low light but you can see his feathers were blowing.

The poor little guy seems to shiver! I always wonder how they can live with the cold, especially with their thin legs! An excellent picture, and please say hello to the bird when you see him next time!

Incredible birds. I have one that sits on my dock all day and patrols the backyard. They have a huge range it seems. Beautiful against the dry weeds. Great shot!!
