Funny title eh! Best I could do with no brain at all.
Have you noticed lately that more and more character products are taking on this gloss finish to the skin in Poser. They may have been designed for rendering in Studio, which makes it a bugger to get rid of with Posers different lighting models. Must be wary of this.

Well i have to say i dont like the shine its been driving me mad if your looking for the plastic look they are fine i spose lol thats my opion anyway i like what you did here though perfect !!
I doubt very much it has anything to do with Daz Studio, as 99% of products on the market are still not tested in Daz Studio and when materials are included for DS users, which is rare, the materials are always seperate from the Poser ones. I should also add that almost every model has this shine in DS as well (trust me Ive been using DS exclusively for 3 years) and only lighting shaders like UberEnvironment make it go away for us DS people.
I have her on my wishlist :D
