Description
A rose taken in the garden of my sister with my phone... (I had not my camera!)
The background has been changed with the radial blur filter, rotation method, factor 100... the rose with the plug-in Fractalius, rounded method, but then dissolved to 50%!
Have a beautiful weekend! :)

Beautiful and touching image! So very unique and delicate.... it's almost as though we're shown this from above; as it immerses itself into the water.... so gentle and so soft.... Stunning creativity!
