Description
This was taken on Grasmere lake. The subject was one of about 10 anglers trying their luck. This one was running everywhere and dangling his bait in for a few minutes then moving 20 yards then dangling again. I'm so glad he walked out here to add some interest to this wooded corner. He seemed to be wearing a balaclava hense the title.
Isn't people watching a great pastime!

He he i wonder what the balaclava is for. Stunning capture my friend.
Watching them with a camera at hand is even better! Great reflections and composition! Clive
This really is an exceptional composition. The reflections and color are wonderful. Stellar shot!
A bit like golf, 'a good walk spoiled', as Wilde said. When I saw the ebot I expected some sort of impotent flasher. A superb pic, by the way!
Wonderful image.
Excellent shot!

Wow Awesome capture!!
Merveilleux! ¨Quel plaisir de pêcher dans une ambiance comme celle-Là
He makes a great addition to this beautiful scene but I'm chuckling about him moving around so much. I wonder if he actually caught anything.
Yes, people watching is also one of my favourite occupations, wherever I am..also catching little snippets of conversation. Hilarious. I don't find your photograph hilarious. I am stunned by the atmosphere you get into it Kevin. It's a beauty.
I almost spilled my blueberry juice when I read the title of this! It brought to mind what they call in these parts, 'a flasher'.... ^=^ I love this image. So tranquil and serene. ^=^
