Great photo and excellent question. I wish I had an answer for you
I went to the cemetery today to capture an image such as this, and they didn't do this for Veteran's Day this year! I was so disappointed. Beautiful image.
make one wonder where wind began and where it stops?

The federal wokers get a break on this day : my sister( RIP)BD would have been tomorrow so I always remember this day: love the flags!!
This is an AWesome shot And a Wonderful Tribute!!
I heard on the news today that they are no longer letting volunteers place flags on the graves of those that served for our country on Veterans day but that they can only be placed on Memorial day. What is wrong with our leaders in Washington. They send our children to war, but now they are trying to say how we honor them.
WOW....Marvelous shot, an excellent photo!
things are going down shit-alley no matter where. see g20 summit the rich get richer and the poor nobody gives a fuck as long as we produce for the big shots.
