Description
A little obscure for fan art, I know. Sometimes even the little guy deserves the spotlight.
The first time I came across this character was in DC's The Forever People, issue 4. This was originally printed in 1971, but I didn't read it until a couple of years ago.
From what I can tell, his only 'power' was to give the illusion of super healing for a very short period of time. It's not surprising then that Sonny has been relegated to the comic-book graveyard.
This was drawn pre-pogo stylus (i.e. finger painted), on iPad using ArtStudio.
Thanks for looking.
