Description
Thanks to all of you for your support resulting in the changes I've made. Special thanks to:
• Dune -Through his suggestions I added a grass patch population which made a nice improvement; and, added a reflective and water shaders to the windows of the cabin which though his guidance worked out real nice.
• njeneb - His suggestion of adding a different low tree resulted in my adding a close-up of the same tree at the right of the image. The shingles now have some moss patches thanks to my friend Thelby who Photoshoped in some moss on the cabin's shingles shaders. Henry, the shaders/textures for the shingles and logs are different. The colors are close to being the same; but, I think because of the distance, they kind of look the same.
• FrankB - Through his suggestion I reduced the voronoi noise and mud bumps by 1/2 for improving their scale.
• Thelby - For his inspiration of using a cabin for this scene; and, his work adding moss for the shingles shaders.
• Ryan Archer - For his tutorial 'Golden Forest' which became the basis for this scene.
• dandelO - For his running a check on some settings; and overall, for some of the things I've learned from his information here at the forum.
In all, I'm pleased with the image and the knowledge I've gained creating it.

Very nice render
That is a beautiful picture. Congratulations indeed, and, I gather, much hard work. Yes, a place I could happily live in, Ah well
It's been a while since I spent as much time as I did studying this image. It is absolutely exquisite and a beatiful example of photo-realism, and the attention to detail is superb!
When actual size this picture is sad, cause I don't own this place.!!! Now this is what I call 'Getting away from it all'.
Agree with Mason this is impressive to say the least.
That's an excellent woodland hideaway scene, Bob. Luxuriant foliage and great lighting. Love it.
Wonderful forest scene! Very well done!
Beautiful scene! Would love to live there. Although, seeing the answers above, it would get crowdy. hehe Corrie
Truly a beautiful image Bob. I love it!!!Nice use of vegetation and the lighting is superb, always have liked that look of a misty morning or a summers day just after the rain. The close-up of the tree on the right really adds to the feel and look of realism. Well done and worth the time and effort!!!

Despite the fact that for most, the answer to the question “how to rent an apartment correctly?” Although it may seem simple and obvious, the process of renting a home and drawing up a tenancy agreement should be taken seriously. Otherwise, the tenant may find himself in a very unpleasant situation, without money and an apartment. On this site https://rentola.com/ you can see a housing search aggregator that will help you find a good apartment.
