Description
Today is Election Day in the USA, and that means tomorrow is one of my favorite (unnamed) holidays: the day when political TV ads go off the air!!
Then, let's see... It's two months of Christmas related advertising, and then after that... 2012 Presidential campaign starts! *jumps out the window*
Actually, the election I think that most Americans care about is Dancing With The Stars. How many people do you think call in every week but didn't go to the polls today? Sigh.
If you're an American, I hope you voted!
And for the censors... I hope that the idea of a plush animal running an ad against an anthropomorphic mouse doesn't seem like a "personal attack" (TOS). This is a parody of politics in general.

I'm with you there. I'm so sick of political ads.
Great concept, very well done.
I am so looking forward to November 3rd! and yes I voted! Great strip!
I'm on my way to vote...but I almost hung myself after I got a flood of political leaflets in the mail.
I voted, too, though I'm stuck in Europe. So what excuse does a couch potato have? Nice image, and I understand your satire. Quite funny, if the real situation weren't so pathetically sloganized instead of discussing the issues maturely and intelligently. Thanks for the chuckle. Keep up the good work! Looking foreward to post-Nov. 2nd postings! :-)
It's finally over...for the ads. Now we have to listen to the politicians and talking heads tell us what really happened. After all, we can't be trusted to do that ourselves. I got a very good laugh out of this one.
I'm so sick of this stage play, I sit in the audience wishing for a new work of fiction - one that atleast makes me smile at the end of the day instead of this B.S. those at the top keep thrusting upon me and telling me that it's real. NO I didn't vote - it's a sick twisted game put in place to fool the masses into believing THEY count! The master-slave is alive and well - anyone beliving otherwise has been well duped! Cute strip...
