Special thanks to WildDesigns for letting me play with the Brylie Elegantly Yours Bundle, which has both the lovely Brylie character for V4 and S4 and a beautiful gown, necklace and earrings set. She's has some lovely frosty makeup so I was inspired to make her into a Queen of Winter.
