I have been photographing women, landscapes, and points of historical interest for the past 30 years. As an all-American guy, my favorite subjects have been all-American girls. The women I have photographed are the proverbial "girl next door." They are brides, moms, co-workers, relatives and friends. Some pictures are old, some are newer, but I hope you enjoy all the pictures of these wonderful ladies. BTW: I'll even throw in a landscape or something historical.

Cool idea, outstanding capture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And always remember... If you don't vote you have no right to complain!!
The question is: vote for what and vote for whom? Are we voting for freedom or tyranny? +5 from doarte's MADHOUSE
Excellent Capture
Being a Canadian, and having a prime minister who makes a mockery out of democracy, needless to say I have no say as to I want in in the US. But I keep thinking about this monologue of Jay Leno's, there's those who got you into that mess (George W.) and those who failed to get you out of this mess (Obama).
Yes VOTE!!!!
@doarte: As Winston Churchill said, "You can always count on Americans to do the right thing—after they’ve tried everything else." Democracy is always a work in progress. Some stuff works and some doesn't. One man's tyranny might be another man's freedom. We have to figure it out.
OMG Winston Churchill nailed it! haha he was/is right. - great pic... when i was at sturgis in 07 i rode past this one observation point where you could see george from a very close point... I loved it and will never forget it... -Jeff
Nice capture. I will be there when the polls open, exercising my constitutional right.
Well said. Get off your butts tomorrow and do it.
cool I going to vote
It is so important to vote. Wonderful shot Rodge. Hugs. Di. xx
Excellent and creative photography.......!!!!!
Great shot erland
10-4, bud; I'll be there, helping clean house!
yeah have to crawl ther literly but yeah.
Maybe(?)someday, America will find another person who warrants such a 'place' among those above? SIGH. I voted for a MIX of ALL the types above this go round. When polls say 34% of DEMS are doing GOOD job and 28% of REPUBS are doing good job, methinks it's FAR past time for SOMEONE ELSE? SIGH. VOTE early and OFTEN! WINK?
Re: Jay Leno's comment: I think it both unfair and unrealistic for anyone to have expected Obama to pull us out of the GWB-created abyss in so short a span of time. It took Bush eight years to get us there; how could anyone have fixed things in a fourth of that time? And if the GOP makes the kind of gains everyone seems to be expecting, the efforts to pull us out of that abyss are only going to become more difficult. Be that as it may, VOTE!
great image!! I like Churchill's quote too!
VERY AMERICAN STUFF, VOTE PEOPLE, VOTE! ANYWAY, I LIKE THEM GUYS
Nice way to encourage folks to vote Roger!
Wow!
Great shot Rog! Great idea as well... Did they do alright? lol Rob
Fantastic capture Rog. I love the detail of the rock striations! This picture and your title are probably more important this time than many times before. As a naturalized citizen I make sure that I vote in any election, (both primary and general national elections), and local elections, put my 5 cents worth in on any proposition and take the time to understand what it is about. I realize that having the right to vote is a privilege. ,
