Mistical image, excellent seen!
I like that it has a bit of mystery about it
Amazing view and lighting.
very beautiful !
Beautiful light and shadows! I love the dark lines of the branches against the lit leaves. Excellent place to hide as long as it is not already occupied by any ghoulies and ghosties and long leggety beasties. Excellent shot!
Fantastic and a bit scary mood, a superb shot!!
fantastic photo with great mood!
SUPERLATIVE SHOT A GREAT PLACE
Great autumn scene! A fav!
i think this is the most striking and original of your dark foreground in the trees with light background photos.
wonderful fall leafs capture
I can see already that you handle difficult subjects with a great deal of poetry. Shooting into this kind of shadow, and dealing with this kind of light filtering through all those branches and leaves could be a major challenge to many photographers; it's a major challenge to painters too (the area I come from); but you've produced an image that is whole, organic, and powerful. The canopy of dark all around this opening makes the opening feel like a glimpse into a secret place; and the water---rippled intensely---seems to atomize the leaves until they half dissolve in the water's reflection. It's beautifully seen & done. The branches are captured so that they move in the direction of the water. And the leaves beyond the water's light are a tapestry. Very fine work, and a lesson for those of us who are still learning that shots like these are possible, but they take a lot of eye, thought and vision, all of which you've shown here.
mystic, poetic, beautiful!
I had an immediate reaction to this image. It felt cool and dark and somehow safe, almost like a womb. Wonderful details. Fantastic balance of light and dark.
