One of our family dogs Tommy has a bad rash and to keep him from biting at it he's got to wear the cone thing while it heals, he looks so pathetic you can just hear the thoughts radiating from his trusting little doggy mind” oh why Master”.

Awww bless him. My Labrador had to wear a cone a few month back when he had injured his eye and kept on scratching. They really do not like it and do not understand the cone is to help.
One of my dogs had to use one of these...lasted about 5 minutes before it was destroyed!
Poor thing! I hope you've given him an extra treat or something for his humiliation. And maybe he deserves a new toy after it's off.
How sweet. :-) Ours had to wear one and we called her the "lamp shade." She kept her nose up and looked like a floor lamp. :-)

Poor little dog. Yet what a cute/apt gaze! My Best Wishes to him for a speedy recovery. Few months ago, one of our kitties had to wear such a "satellite dish" for two weeks. ;)
