I'm in Pittsburgh today. I had some time to work with the computer and this is what came out.

@ jgesq... This scene was assembled and rendered in Carrara 8 Pro. The background is a High Res HDRI as is the lighting except for a single bulb in front of the nice police lady. The only post work was done in PhotoShop Elements and that was just the framing and the color tinting. Thanks, Gib
