Description

Morning...Afternoon and Good Evening to All!!. Welcome once again...Thank You for stopping in to see my latest work.Well...a couple a week ago I picked up an old 1958 Chevrolet Biscayne at an old farm house and brought it into shop to restore it and give it a new lease on life. After a lengthy rebuild and a new crate motor..plus a tuck and roll and many many long hours later it finally gets it's debut.I decided to keep it traditional on the paint being it's a classic and all and let Vinny decide on the rims and motor which I might add he has redeemed himself once again. Now with it being completed it was up to where I wanted my imagination to take me and where it should be debuted at.Actually when I 1st found the model at Archive3D.net is when the idea came to me and the seed was planted there with the most important being of course ...location...location...location...lol...Well it wasn't hard to figure that since the car is a 58 Chevy Biscayne that it was going to be an island scene and so Biscayne Bay was born and brought to life for your viewing enjoyment!..Hope you like it! Well now it's back to seasonal (I'm Multi-Tasking..lol..)and with Halloween just around the corner and noticing some folks posting already that I think I want to take a shot at something from that category.Should be interesting...So many many many thanks you's for stopping by,checking out my latest artwork ,leaving your thoughts and the fav's.... Have a pleasant today and wonderful tomorrow... -Will- Always remember if your imagination needs a jump start then read an interesting book !! Created with Bryce 7 with post work done in Adobe Elements 8.. 58 Chevy model from Archive3D.net

Close.... I had a 58 Del Ray. Heavy arsed tanks. My brother in law hit a Continental with it & totaled the Continental. My Del Ray only had a dented fender. ;)

A wonderful relationship between the model and the island. Good result ... but despite all your wonderful efforts of restoration, a car is a metal object and one day return to dust ... because he already took you to change certain parts in order to really restore. That said I think your passion for your art joining the circle! BRAVO !

Hi Will, I don’t know if this is coincidence or the reading of minds. It just so happens that I’m working on a pic., with the same car. You customized this beauty and I like what you’ve done. Big slicks and engine with a cool hood scoop to accommodate the big block. What’s in there a 427 ? Like the setting, great atmo., to show it off. The title is very cool also. p/s I’ll hold off a while before posting mine. Take care George

The Biscayne is sweet! The model you saw on my post was a 1958 Chevy Impala ;). Not sure if they are the same or not LOL. You did a fantastic job modding the car btw, and your scene is brilliant. Did you do all the mods in Bryce? That's where I do most things, I am not to Poser savvy. shoot me a message sometime, maybe we can do some model swapping :). Be patient on my replies though, I drive OTR, so don't get to check as often as I would like. Again, great work! ~Bill
