Description
The first day Tara and I were in Chicago last year, we spent most of it walking around the town. We were with Mark (anahata.c); Chip and Corey were joining us later in the evening. At this point, we had stopped for coffee upstairs in a bookstore. I was sitting facing the street and noticed that there was a Joffrey Ballet School in the building across the street. I managed to get some fotos that blew me away with the detail I was able to capture--thru two windows with my so-so zoom. Here you see two young women warming up, in classic ballet poses.

I remember this incident when you reported it at the time. What a GREAT shot!
Wonderful opportunistic shot!
bonne photo!!
This is a great shot
Fantastic capture! :)
They really got a leg up on this one.
I remember this! Or don't remember it, as the case may be. I was totally oblivious at the time, but enjoyed seeing your photos later that evening! Fantastic reflections. Nicely done!
wonderful capture warm hugs, Linda
Superb idea! Very Class
Great shot with two sets of windoes and a street in between. I assume that the tiles are a reflection of the building that you are in. Awesome Marilyn! Dama
I really like the way this is a natural collage of sorts. The dancers, the reflections, the colors and the patterns all work perfectly here, but they seem as if they've been assembled--put together artistically, which just goes to show how good an eye you have for this sort of thing. This is one of those one in a million shots that just works so perfectly but is so hard to really explain...the textures, colors, shapes, and everything else are all wonderfully put together--or wonderfully found! This is outstanding.
Nice work well done!!
