waves were done using the terrain editor, and adding ( my own) water mat

Well its great and I love the waves, well worth the trouble. Don't forget the water cities they are great also.

Great image! It would be nice to see the transport ships reflecting a bit in the water - but the water and the cities are amazing...!
I think that perhaps the sky could use some work...more menacing maybe...
