I like the action in your scene. Although I'd like to point out that your building isn't touching the ground on one corner. It may be the way the shadow hits the side of the building. I'm not too sure how you could fix it other then adjusting your light level. I would also note I own a non-CG version of his ray gun. It given to me last year as a gift from a friend. This is a well executed scene.

You produced all these models, you are a genuine 21st century geniues! You have not yet mastered rending yet though. The stone work would benefit form displacment mapping and the shadowing is poor. Steampunk is rooted 1890's I believ so that robotic chappie is quite of place. I have no doubt that you will look at this picture again.
