Description
Just a little something...was tired of being stagnant and not making any art, so I figured something simple was better than nothing at all.
My great-uncle passed away last Tuesday, I didn't find out till yesterday, far too late to make arrangements to go to the funeral or anything. I wasn't particularly close with my uncle, to be fair, but he was held very fond in my mind as someone in my family that I can honestly say I admired. I really wish I could have gotten the chance to get closer to him...from what I hear, though we may have had differing views on many subjects, he was an amazing man.
This image is for him, and for all the rest of those that have passed this year that were close and closer to my heart. I hope they all found the light.

It is good you have your uncle in your thoughts despite he may had left without amble notice. Somehow, I always feel He would knows and appreciate what you put up here as our "soul" is connected beyond the physical means.. As times goes by, as you have said, people comes people goes... it is the love and pleasant memories which we cherish and that is left behind that makes our human life more meaningful and purposeful.. Your image, simple, yet beautiful and elegant!
