Description
The egg guardian is hatching a plan...not to be mistaken with a mini-corn cob !
***
Here you see another one of my annual visitors,
of course he/she is of the regular 'Stink-bug' variety - as we know them, munching his way through the usual Malva-viscus shrub and then sits there for weeks, until the little eggs develop into lot's more mini-stink-bugs !
Whenever I tried to take a picture of his backside, excuse me - I am no pervert (!) - he kept moving around the eggs, never once letting them out of his sight or letting me capture his armour, just kept going round and round, like me...feeling a bit dizzy now...
Cheers *BB*

Thats a Great shot!
I'll bet those eggs would taste really good scrambled ... er ... or maybe not. LOL Super macro BB. And well done.
wow - that is a fantastic photographc - well done...even though we don't get to see his back side!
Excellent macro!
A stink-bug huh ? well then those eggs are definitely safe from me ! Tricky photographic model to work with, but I think you have done a marvellous job ! Well done & ~Cheers~
Clever little bugger! Lovely shot.
What an absolute delight!!!
Hey, how nice! I'd like to see it happen. That you and a bug did that match. So, you went after each other in circles. Ha, ha. "Beware, do not touch my eggs"!!! A very special picture, Brigitte, I've never seen this kind of bug, also not eggs from them. It's a beautiful colored, and sharp picture. Bravo!
Maybe she just didn't want to be "bugged" Great shot Actually a more interesting shot.
Great capture, and I love the dizzying tale of it's taking! : )

I'll be giving scrambled eggs a bit of a miss!
What a good capture!!
That is a very cool shot! I guess he thinks you don't have a clear shot at those eggs, she has it backwards. Excellent!!!

Wow, this is an amazing capture and how wonderful that you were persistant and finally got to see his backside!! I've never seen this bug before like this.
Oh my! This is quite a cool and opportune capture-- I think you need to get an SLR and a Macro lens to take this to the next level-- trust me Bridgitte!

Wow! What a great catch. I don't think I've ever seen such an egg grouping, or their guardian. Super shot!
