Description
It is raining, windy and cold at the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum in Reading, Pennsylvania. It is the World War II weekend, but there is no flying and all the aircraft are buttoned down, including this North American B-25 'Mitchell'.
This picture was taken on 5 June 2009.

Well captured considering the awful weather.
Clear neat wet shot
Gives it a nice WW-II European theater perspective. Except...
the b25 was a huge mother isee . i only know it from the panzer general games and it had always a devastating load onboard. must be a fine feeling to see one live.
There is nothing quite so forlorn-looking as an aircraft, stuck on the ramp, unable to fly...
Oh well rain or no rain still a great shot.. thanks for sharing.
fantastic image!!
Great photo.
Fantastic picture, very interesting scene! :)
wonderful image, superb shot!
wonderful shot. too bad it was raining but the shot still came out good
Cool shot on the wet tarmac.
Could be anywhere in England 1944 :) Great shot, glad you braved the rain.
Great shot!
Awesome shot, my father flew the B-24 Liberator which is an awesome plane in it's own right.
What a shame the weather was so bad on this day that there was no flying. At least you got a great shot of this plane.
Super shot pity it was a wet day for this weekend!!
Wonderful capture Sig. It sure looks like a heavy plane. Weather gives it some atmosphere. Aloha
Great picture!!!
Wonderful capture my friend.
Nice capture despite the weather.
Fantastic plane and capture!!!
For the Flight Simulator fanatic that I am, this WW2 vintage B-25 is a real treat! Superb capture, Sig !
great shot
I’m thinking about those guys bivouacked in those tents. Dana
I thought you'd been up here and hadn't told me! LOL! This is a great shot, and you've totally captured the feeling of being rained out. I love the light, and the reflection in the standing water on the tarmac.
Makes a great shot with the tents and rain and all!
Agree, if you took off the blue tarp and erased the background buildings......It's 1944.
Rain! Welcome to England and English airshows (normally!).. Sorry about that mate, but this is a great shot none the less.. Well taken.. Rob
@debbielove. I actually liked the rainy day. It reminded me of Germany, Great Britain etc. It also made a nice realistic shot with very few people wandering along the flightline and spoiling any pictures on may take.
