Description
Yours truly in the cockpit of a Convair F-102A 'Delta Dagger' fighter interceptor on the flight line of DaNang AB, Republic of Vietnam.
F-102s were the mainstay of the United States Air Force Air Defence Command in the late 1950s and early 1960s. In Southeast Asia they were primarily used to fly Combat Air Patrol (CAP) missions for B-52s.
This picture was taken in July 1966 with a Minolta 16 and later scanned.
