Description
This is another ZBRUSH practise session that I am sharing with you.I've called it "HELP", because I need your help! lol. I keep getting little tears that I just can't smooth out.No matter what I try the tear will actually get worse.Even if I slap more clay on top then smooth...the tear comes back....any tips for me ZBRUSH users? This sculpt started as a cube, ( I have usually started with a sphere)...and I wanted to go for broader features and almost a 'cartoon' type feel . Anyway...at least it is always fun in Zbrush, (mostly) and I think I am slowly learning. Thanks for views/comments/crits. HELP! 8-\

Did you try exporting the mesh and reimporting it, that is an effective way to correct seams. cool looking model also. Dayna xx
A very expressive character/portrait!
Your models look amazing!..maybe check the forums for issues you are having, 'been very helpful to me!
Well, thanks ...I am trying.Dayna xx, gave me an idea, that may be the ticket.I did not consider this 'finished',but I thought by posting it ,someone here might help. Now ....I am up early ready to Zbrush!
excellent!
Dear friend; I wish I could help you more I still do not know ZBrush (I did something or other) plus you're well earlier, I really liked this sculpture, loved the bronze effect!! Big hug:):)
this is absolutely gorgeous, fantastic bronze textures here, congratulations!
your base mesh needs to be something that is roughly the shape you're going for, starting from a sphere or cube can lead to areas of the model not having enough resolution to sculpt on, try using zspheres to build a low rez base to model from
Great modeling work, love those expressions.
Cannot help you with advice....but the sculpture looks promising...!!!
I don't know much about zBrush, but this looks great considering you started with a cube. You might want to drop a site mail to Calum5, he's been doing some really great work in zBrush. Nice work!
