Hi all, this is one I took while on a trip to Georgia with my daughters, this was in an antique shop in Dolanaga GA, I am heading to Georgia this weekend again to attend an Atlanta Braves game on Sunday. We are going to celebrate my son Ryans birthday, .... the Braves are playing the Dodgers and they are our team so we will be among I am sure very few Dodger fans there but it should be fun, they are having mother, son day so we get to go out on field prior to game and meet some players, so Ryan is thrilled. Also two students that use to work for me will be at the game so I will get to see them I am really looking forward to that, Doug and Hayley are Braves fans but I will forgive them for that haha. Ryan was also born on a Friday the 13th, 28 years ago, so that makes me ..ummm well you do the math lol. I talked to him this morning and I said you are getting old kiddo, and he just laughed and said you should talk, nice kid huh...
Well I wish everyone a fun and safe weekend.
Thanks for all your comments on my last upload. :)

Wow, I date myself but I remember those Pepsi's. I used to collect them for spending money as a kid. Outstanding and really brings back memories of summers gone by. Well done.

friday the 13 comes around every 4 years do it not? lol you are old. oh wait that leap year lol so you not that old after all. HAHAHA just kidding .. I love old stuff. this is wonderful
The "hand drawn" texture make this work very well...could also be a print on cloth.
LOL I'm surprised those Pepsi bottles survived in Georgia. Dahlonega is a lovely town centered around their town square. Congrats on getting to go to the game Sunday. My father is a fan of the Braves and the Dodgers. It will be interesting to see who he roots for!
Lynell, don't worry about your age hon. You Tennessee Gals age so beautifully !! This is a fantastic shot, looks like agreat place to wonder around. Speaking of things in the past, remember .39 gas, .15 a pack of cigs. .05 a cup of coffee with endless refills ? lol Enjoy your weekend in Ga.
Superb capture! Hope you have a great weekend!
Hide my plates quick, they are hot! Nostalgic look see, I recognize too many things as now! LOL

Lynell, this really does look like a fabulous place and one I'd love to visit also
WONDERFUL photo and trip down MEMORY LANE! This old man remembers when FIRE and THE WHEEL came into style. WINK. ENJOY your baseball game! (BOBBY COX (manager/braves) is in his LAST season and is a SURE HALL of FAMER. SAD to hear about CHIPPER JONES tearing his ACL the other day. HOPE he can return for a final season/GOODBYE in front of the FANS! SIGH. POST some photos/pics after!) My BEST to you and yours, KIND SOUL. Now, sing after TallPockets: "TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALLGAME! TAKE ME OUT WITH THE CROWD. BUY ME SOME PEANUTS AND CRACKER JACKS. I DON'T CARE IF I EVER GET BACK .... SO IT'S ROOT, ROOT ROOT FOR THE HOME TEAM. IF THEY DON'T WIN IT'S A SHAME. FOR IT'S ONE, TWO, THREE STRIKES YOU'RE OUT. AT THE OLD .... BALL ... GAME" (By FAR the BEST ever version of this I have heard is sung by CARLY SIMON). TallPockets/brian.
