Well, here we are in Bryce 7. I am dissapointed by the unstability of This version, I haven't bought pro yet. Crash,crash,crash.This scene was built in bryce 5, then re-opened in 7 for rendering. Bryce 7 will crash just on asigning textures to the models, or upon saving...
And I have a brand new computer with quad processor and 4 gb memory,SATA disks and enough fans to fly a hovercraft with!

Great render,love the mood and lighting. I have only had a couple of crashes with 7 Pro...maybe it is more stable,since assigning textures etc. to objects works fine in that version. very cool image!

Great image.... I have opened two times my Bryce 7 pro and try to learn "instancing"... two crashes :-(
Very cool underwater scene!!i upgraded to 7 pro and the program came to me in an unusable state..it opens but the tools at the top of the page are missing and the windows that are suppose to open to ask you if you want to save dont open..and when i emailed support they said they would help me in 1-2 days ,unfortunatly it was friday and i wont get help till after the weekend..so ya i am not sure if pro is any better...I also have a Quad processer and 9 gigs of memory with duelling fans but still unusable..
