Description
While I still have details and markings to add,
as well as UVmapping to do, the major modeling
is completed. Testing the mesh in Poser 7 shows
that I finally zapped the smoothing errors on
the secondary hull. :)
I had to scale her down to work on her because
she loads at the proper scale for Poser figures,
which means BIG. :)

Looks good.
Looks like the real deal. Dude, you did a top-flight job on the "grand old lady of space". It has all the detail they WOULD have put on her if they had the time and money to do her the way they wanted. Good job!
Forming up most impressively!!!
SHE IS COMING ALONG FINE. SHE IS ALREADY USABLE AS A BACKGROUND AND I CAN ONLY IMAGE WHEN YOU GET HER TEXTURED. I CAN SEE MANY TEXTURAL OPTIONS, FROM BATTLE WORN TO NEWEST SHIP OF THE FLEET.
Looking good so far!
damn that's a lot of detail. and congratulations on conquering Poser smoothing. i really hate it. i wish Poser would incorporate Catmull-Clark like everything else. sounds like you're about ready for your victory lap!
This is a very beautiful!
