Ah, it's good to be home after a hard day fighting invading barbarian hordes.
Looks like a few too many blows to the head has left her a little cross-eyed. Or I was just to lazy to fix her eyes.

This is an excellent render! Your right about the eyes, but aside from that, the realism you got here is amazing. I've never tried importing a scene into Blender, is it tough to do, and does it render any faster than Poser? Nice work.
