Description
This would-be ace enjoys a moment of serenity before a fateful encounter with Cylon foes. Sadly, the ensuing confrontation proves disastrous for the unfortunate Viper pilot.
UV mapping/texturing is becoming more and more enjoyable and satisfying of late. It’s a case of instant gratification – make a change to the picture file, slap it on the model, and there it is. This, compared to the long, involved process of scene creation/rendering, with all the complexities of lighting, atmosphere, composition, and everything else that goes into an image I can live with.
Viper, hangar, and all odds ‘n ends are Wings3d/Bryce5 originals. Coxxon Raptors mid-scene. V4 and M3 clothed and posed in DAZ and brought into Bryce. Textures and postwork using PSP8.
