Description
This flower of a wild vine is welcomed in a friend's garden. The blossom lasts perhaps a day or two.
I have learned since posting this image that some varieties have a longer lasting bloom.

Stunning capture Tom.
I have never seen one growing wild before, dear Tom. I grow this in my garden. I love this beautiful plant. Hugs and God Bless. Diane. xx

WONDERFUL PHOTO !!
very pretty shot !
I did not realize they had such fleeting beauty. This shot has a feel of rare beauty taken at the absolute right time to capture it in full. Beautifully done.
I didn't realize they last so short a time in the wild. My cultivated one lasts a fair number of days, and happily fruits at the end of it. ^=^ Fabulous image of a beautiful flower. ^=^
Beautiful capture of color.

A superb picture. That purple really stands out, and the others complete the lovely atmosphere.
