Description
This is a frame from an animation that I've been working on,the animation doesnt seem to be going anywhere fast so I rendered out a frame & had some fun with it in Photoshop..
all assets made in 3dsmax,using the same ship from my 'City Canyon' image,rendered at 8k in finalrender.

Stunning atmospherics and the motion blur and exhaust are terrific... not really into sci-fi.. but when one sees exceptional work!!! Will love to see this in its animated form.
Magnificent as usual!
For a single frame, it looks pretty good. If the rest of the animation is at these distances, I can see troubles. If you move the ship to a more ground hugging style with close, high speed fly-bys, it will add loads of drama. The buildings DON'T need to be highly detailed if being passed at speed. That might power up a stalled animation,IMO.
thanks guys..Joel,the animation has many close up shots so the detail IS required..I guess you'd have to see it to understand as its fairly elaborate..& by 'not going anywhere fast' I mean creatively, not in terms of rendertime...Cheers

Your work is proceeding very quickly now in complexity and mastery of your subjects. Looks like you may need a bit of "dream-time" though, when you just take a few moments to yourself just to tell yourself stories about your models without doing anything except maybe sketching. Good luck, I suspect you'll outgrow Rendo and DAZ pretty soon now. Thanks for the great images.
