Another tidbit...
The paint is on the INSIDE of the body. I painted this using painters tape and liquid tape on the inside in layers.
The body starts out as a totally clear shell. These are painted on the inside so that the paint is better protected because there is a large number of crashes in an RC Car racer's life. :) The decals are on the outside. This paint scheme won 1st place for Oregon 2 years ago.

The two different tire treads on the front are because of the particular track that this truck is set up for at the moment. I change the treads and rubber compounds depending on the track. :)
