Reduce the texture size on her lips a bit and get rid of the gloss and reflection. Great image, redoo it though. try to focus on the subject more than the efects. :) I am not a pro, so take my crits with a grain. :)
I actually work hard sometimes to get that gloss, lol. I like the lip gloss look
