Description
One of the many ornate door knockers in the Hammond Castle. I have to admit that I can’t remember which door this was but most possibly, one of the doors for the library.
Details on the Hammond Castle, can be read on my July 6, 2010 posting.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments.
They are very much appreciated.

With that look on his face I am sure he would deter visitors walking in!!!!
Great details--and yeah, you probably wouldn't get too many door to door salesmen with this guy greeting you!!

wonderful shot of this old thing
a great knocker and photo !
Where angels fear to tread. Stellar closeup of this beautifully sculptured door knocker, Dana, straight from Transylvania! Love those beady eyes. The fellow does seem to have a problem with acne or lupus and neglected teeth, though.
Evil knocker!! Nice capture, love the details of this beautiful knocker!
