Description
This was a sketch from 1999... pencil on paper.
scanned & colored today :)
The pose is pretty static and the head was intentionally scaled up a bit,
just something different :)
UPDATED: corrected the head shape a little, and some other proportion issues. Thank you Adobe for Liquify :)

WOW!! Really fantastic illustration! And very classic Anime style! LOVE her eyes!
Great looking image, love the costume and coloring throughout, along with the borders around the character! Love the anime style!
Very good shading and I like the colors. Very nice presentation too.
I like it, although I must say the the head looks a bit odd to me. It's not that you gave her an enlarged head (which is for some an acquired taste), but it looks like that at the same time, it got pushed in a bit at the sides - or maybe stretched front-to-back Maybe it's just me (and that I'm not really a huge fan of the anime/manga stlye) or the perspective. Still, this turned out great with the colors you've used and the the curved elements in the foreground and background.
Really cool work! I love this. You never cease to amaze me. Hey how's the thing going? Giggle!
You have done a very good job with this. Although this character is not my cup of tea, there is something about her that makes her very interesting to look at!

Fantastic work Brett!
Fabulous character!!!
Thats very cool. Love the colors.
Very nice presentation here, and good use of colour. I've started some new 2d images myself, after getting a magazine with some tutorials in it, but nothing I'll upload :P Great work.
Looks good to me.
It's cute without being cheesy. I can see an anime made around her. VZ
