The Girls, Bernie & I would like to thankyou all for the wonderful support they have received since I uploaded the first pic. Thankyou for joining in their lives, sharing the good & the bad, the funny & the sad.
If I happen to mention to (non animal friendly) people that I carn't go there or I have to be back for the girls, they reply, arn't they a burden, a tie, they are only dogs. Yes they may well be to them BUT they are my family, each & everyone I have had the pleasure to share my life with is special. They have seen me through good times & bad, made/make me laugh, cry. I wouldn't have it any other way :o)
As I look into the other room Meadow & Jasmine are tucking into (sorry folks) half a sheeps head for tea , they ask for little but give me so much.
As always to you wonderful people out there, THANKYOU for the wonderful comments & sharing & being there :o)

Barbara this is such a wonderful collage to celebrate your 500th image and congratulations. We've so much enjoyed you letting us have a peek into the lives of your furry little family members. As for friends who are (non animal friendly) all that can be said to that is I try not to have too many of those as they are not people I can relate too.

Congratulations Barbara, 500th! It is a total delight to share in your families lives, many of which are antics of the girls and Bernie. I totally agree with you about your "family" - my boys keep me company too, I would be lost without my Foggy and Boris.

if stupid people don't know that all animals ae family then they are truly lost to the love and companionship that dogs and cats or any other animal can give to you. if it had not been for one of my cats when my son was a baby i would not have him today because he caught his hed in between the slats of the crib and then climbed over the railing and was choking to death when she came and got me and saved his life.

Barbara - Grats on the 500th. I agree you have to have a special part of you to be a Dog person. Once you have a dog come into your life and give their UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, you always have to have one of them around. Brian tries my patience it seems every day to me at time, but then all he has to do is walk over and hop on the couch and lay his head in my lap and look at me with those EYES. He knows what love is and life is so simple for him.You can never have that kind relationship with a person. People have agendas and want things. All he wants is love and given that he is the Happiest dog on the planet. Michael & Deb & BRIAN

Well, thanks for sharing all the good and bad times with us. I wholeheartedly agree that I'd rather go without going somewhere or doing something than be without any pet's we've had past or present. We love them all and yes, they're not just dogs, they are part of our family :-)

It is a pleasure sharing your pets with you. And I do agree, our animals live with us, and are a very important part of our lives. I have been a widow for 4 years now, and my two doxies are my best friends and companions, always there to give love, and have hugged me many times when I've cried. CC

I enjoy seeing all the little tricks that your furkids get up to:-)Especially 'our' Jasmine :-) that girl keeps you on your toes LOL. I'm the same with my lot, we rarely go out at night because we don't want to leave the Greyhounds outside, we could never leave them alone in the house, no house left on returning:-)so they stay on an enclosed deck at the back of the house, perfectly warm and comfy but.....LOL!!! Congratulations on reaching 500 I hope to see at least 500 more;-)

Is that Carla B in the bottom center? I can always tell Jasmine, grins, but I mix up Carla B and Meadow. Bernie of course is easy to spot, LOL! You would be amazed at just how many people turn down events and dates so their four legged little ones aren't left alone or because one of them is not well. They are like children. Once you accept responsibilty for them, you can't just ignore them and go about your merry way. I love my pups and wouldn't hesitate to stay home for them. I love your gallery, I love that you share the girls and Bernie with us, and I'm so glad you are always there with your camera! Congrats on your 500th upload, and give the girls and Bernie extra kisses from another Auntie! Just think, the four of them have Aunties and Uncles and cousins all over the world!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed your pics, and for one who cannot go to places I used to, or do lots of what I used to do, I so enjoy being part of your life that you let me share with your furry family.
