Great Image and Work
Yes, the DOF is just right, Anita. Photographically, this is how it is supposed to look; not blurred, just slightly out of focus. You want viewers to see the environment because it is important to the scene and maybe a story behind it. At the same time you don't want the background to distract from your main subject, which is Mia. She stands out just enough to give her a little punch. Subtle, like this, is always best.
