Wow, I've never seen roses in this pattern, only dahlias! Do they smell like peppermint too? Fantastic shots!
Would you believe it - a complete two toned rose!!! It is just lovely Harry and you did a great job capturing it! I love the middle shot!
BEAUTIFUL!!
Wonderful colors, love the two tone bloom!
Wow, spectacular!!!
big bold splashes, visual paintings, and I like the move from 2 to one, to one huge closeup, nice sequence. Also you go from a very defined shot (further away) to a kind of "in your face" shot where the rose spills over the whole frame. Like that sequence too. They're stunning flowers, aren't they, and I imagine in your shooting sessions, you look for the stunning as well as the mundane, adjusting your eye as you move from one to the other; and it must be a treat when, after seeking the music in day-to-day sights, you come to something that calls you like this. Big bursts, beautiful & spilling...One of these days I should look at all your roses alone, since you have a long sequence of them (this is 127). I bet the impact would be powerful. I could just search for roses & goodoleboy, and I'd get them in sequence. I may just do that...
this is a wonderful rose...love the double colour
This is a very interesting looking rose, never seen something like it.... awesome colors...
