Description
This is a rendering with the Enterprise done with a whacky sci-fi background. I grained it up a whole bunch as well trying to get it to look like those old 50's movie posters.
The background is 100% procedural as I was using a TON of Digital Carvers Guild plug-ins. That means that the planet textures, the planet rings, the blue nebula, the red nebula, the stars, blah blah blah are all procedural.
There are just a few post effects done. The final sun glow, the grain and the gamma correction are all that was done post render.
