This is a beautiful Native image, something of the earth---which we all know Andrea adores---and presented almost with white flames around it. It's beautiful. And wonderful for Andrea. Are you Cherokee? I am part Blackfoot. :-) But I know more in Cherokee than Blackfoot. Kokopelli is such a magical man - he fathered lines in so many different nations.
Kokopelli is a favorite of mine! He is so full of the joy of life! Excellent choice for birthday greetings and beautiful capture, finishing and dedication. I hope you are better, now that you have your meds.
WOW! Cherokee sounds kinda like dyslexic Choctaw, but that's a good thing! I really like this for so many different reasons...particularly because it's been ages since I heard )or read) any language vaguely related to the stuff I'd hear distant cousins of mine yammering at a speed that was always too fast to follow--usually while playing that stickball game that looks a wee bit like Lacrosse with rowdy cheerleaders! Yeah, I have Choctaw blood in my veins though revisionist family history now says it's Cherokee. I wonder why? Oh well. As for this image, it's really gorgeous. Quite sensitive. When I looked at the thumbnail, I actually thought it was a 2D work. I usually look at thumbnails without reading what gallery they're actually in. I'm a goof like that! The light in this is really fantastic, and this is an all around magical shot. Hopefully you're feeling better, and I'm glad for this chance to catch up on your gallery.
