Can't find that one in the book I have for Florida, but that's nothing new. I have one that aren't in there too. :) Excellent capture! And it has great colors.
Awesome capture...beautiful in zoom!
Fantastic capture! Right now the weather is so bad (almost winter-like) that the dragonflies have probably gone south.
Almost blend in with a flower. Wonderful capture.
Very nice capture my friend. I have never seen the wings with such designs before. Wonderful. Aloha
Excellant capture!!!
Nice capture of this young male Widow Skimmer. Thanks for sharing. Lee
beautiful capture, never seen this kind of Insect. zoom is very impressive!
Those wings are gorgeous - glistening and so very compelling.
fantastic !
I love those wings...the way they shimmer and fade, almost as if this is one of those rare interdimensional dragonflies known to do whatever interdimensional dragonflies do! Marvelous sense of color and control of light! I really love the colors and this little guy's yellow racing stripes! Brilliant.
My eyes say it is a female Widow Skimmer. Excellent capture Dana!
Superb in every way. :)

Fine macro of the Skimmer performing its daily task, Dana. It looks like you're on a crash course with Andrea for the best flying insect captures.
