Description
Oh no it looks like Lucys been into the Vitameatavegamin again!
Another of my series from the Salt and Pepper Shaker museum in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Thanks for touring it with me. If you've never seen that episode of I Love Lucy click below it IS a classic.
I am heading down to Georgia tomorrow to spend the weekend with my daughters, and then Erin my youngest is going to stay down there with her sister for a few weeks and have some vacation time they are 9 years apart but extremely close. We are meeting in the town of Dahlonega which in 1828 was the site of the first major gold rush in the United States. She has a friend who is a lawyer who puts on a party there every year, and rents a bunch of canoes and have canoe rides and races, she has been trying to get me to come the last couple years and I haven't had the chance until now so I am looking forward to it, we are also staying in an Inn that was built in 1895 it looks so beautiful I am really looking forward to the weekend. We are also doing a bit of celebrating, Jenna got engaged last month and she also called me last week she had applied for a new position at work and she found out last week she got it, so she is thrilled, and I am very proud of her she certainly deserves it. I hope you all have a great weekend.

Cool stuff, Lynell! I wonder if they have Stargate salt shakers!!!
What men/women will create for salt and pepper is astonishing. Shake that thing!
Fantastic capture. I hope you'll be taking a lot of pictures down there!
First of all Lynell the title cracked me up and I had no idea that there was a Lucy salt and pepper shaker out there. Great job on this fantastic capture
I enjoyed growing up watching that TV series "I Love Lucy"... Nice figurines... Aloha
This is too funny! I was just discussing Lucy with Lucinda (myrrhluz) today. It had to do with someone's childhood nickname. Have a great time and bring us back pictures of Georgia.
A very nice shot erland
I Love Lucy & your work, wonderful!
Who knew so many s 'n' p shakers could be made for all these subjects. lol q-: Very cool! Thanks for the peek! (:
I like the colors in this shot, everything is cool!
Cool and fun!!!
So have you been sleeping there also :) LOL - You must see a whole lot of shaken goin of there :0 !!! - Please pass Lucy - bet ya already heard that one - I have heard that prolong exposure to shaker can cause a obsessive compulsive need to buy and photograph salt shakers - but it is ok they now have groups you can go to for help - the real danger comes for driving and shakeing - Had enough :):) Just a little fun ya kno ! Always Take Care !
'luuucyyyyyyyyyyyyy, you got some 'splaining to doooooo!' ...sweet capture, hon; one that brings back lots of funny memories! enjoy your weekend - can't wait to hear all about it! xo
Now this is how one becomes a millionaire. Think of the royalties Lucille Ball received for each one of these items. She was a big fan of Star Trek don't cha' know.
