Description
While looking for subjects for macro photos in the usual place to Massaciuccoli (a small hill where the quarry was abandoned for years now) on a hill in front of me struck me this poppy illuminated by the sun and back, bottom, the background fields.
Good day and good weekend

Stunning color, wonderful capture of the poppy. Even the insect likes it. Have a great weekend Mario.
Fantastic capture Mario.
Beautifult picture erland
Wonderfully isolated shot
what a fantastic picture!!!!!! every day I'm waiting for the photo of you and I will never disappoint, so beautiful are your photos!!!
Lovely image! Wonderful and rich color and lighting. The poppy looks beautiful against the soft background. I like the way the contours and striations of the land are visible but in no way distract from the beauty of the poppy. I also like the spent poppy next to it. This is more than just a beautiful flower. It is also a story of the circle of nature. The insect adds a note of the connections in that story. Beautifully done! Bella immagine! Magnificamente fatto! Buon giorno e buon fine settimana
