Description
Lift Off
On its first test flight the ARES 1 booster with its CRC (Crew Return Capsule) payload hurtles off the launch pad at the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida on the start of its journey toward low Earth orbit.
Approxiamtely two minutes after launch, the LES (Launch Escape System), the series of mini-rockets designed to blast the CRC clear of its ARES 1 booster in an emergency will separate from the top of the CRC and fall back to Earth to splash down in the Atlantic Ocean.

You amaze me with the amount of technical detail you're giving! A lot of time and effort must have gone into planning this series even before you started rendering the images. I am enjoying this very much, thanks :))) The images are also awesome!
