Description
Captured 3/09/10, early in the morning, about three-fourths of a mile from my hallowed haven.
Looks considerably better full size.
I really like its caramel color.
This was a friendly cat compared to most of the others I encounter, who high-tail it away to hide under the closest vehicle when they see me approaching from a block away. This is the only photo of the kitty because right after this snap it jumped up and ran off to investigate something it saw. Otherwise, this would have been a collage.

what a lovely cat......
Looks so stocky, sign of good life or great hunting skill. Lovely ginger tones.
Great shot of this kitty-cat! Looks pretty chilled and relaxed! :-) Great shot!

Lovely kitty portrait.
She sure is a pretty thing... great photo of her.
Great photo of this pretty kitty :)
Beautiful kitty. They aren't all that skittish. Just have to find the one that is used to strangers. ;c)
Cute looking cat but I didn't figure you as a cat guy. :>) I have a cat in my gallery - so only looking to razz you. Dana
I love these orange striped kitties---sweet shot!!
Wow, this looks so much like the cat that wandered onto my back porch a few years ago. I invited him in, he went right past me into the basement to look in all the places only a cat would look, then he came up ten minutes later and accepted some food and drink and some attention, and posed for a couple of shots. Then he was gone, but came back one other time. I wanted to keep him but I found out he was not free to move in.
What a beautiful cat. Fantastic shot. I love cats.
What a beautiful pussy.... Not saying a word... Nothing.. And it is! .. Great shot.. (The Spitfire shot yesterday Harry, it was REALLY low!) Thanks for your shots... Rob
A handsome puss indeed, and apparently quite comfortable in its world. Great capture!
WHat a gorgeous ginger! He/she looks fierce but I'm glad you were treated with the respect you deserve! :) Lovely shot Harry!
