I'm not real happy with the lighting and it took 6 or 7 renders. Overall I'm pleased, but there is room for improvement.

Nice work. Love how the suit and hair textures turned out. Suggestion = Lighting is the hardest thing to get right in a pure render. If you have Photoshop then you can use "lighting effects" under the menu filter/render, to help adjust the lighting. Also check out the Photoshop tutorials at www.photoshoproadmap.com, they are very helpful. Maybe blur the background a bit so the the figure stands out.
